A major international airport in Jeddah and a principal gateway for Hajj and Umrah travel. The 2022–2023 engagement brought together the construction delay record into a consolidated review of the contractor’s programme and completion position.
Airport support infrastructure covering Muscat’s maintenance, repair and overhaul facilities, Muscat cargo and Salalah cargo. The 2017 assignment reviewed the delivery history and time-related assessments for these specialist aviation packages.
A strategic national metro-line project in Egypt, valued in the CV at approximately US$5 billion. A four-person specialist team examined the project’s actual delivery timeline and the causes and consequences of delays during the 2023 engagement.
The 15-kilometre extension of Dubai Metro’s Red Line linking the existing network with the Expo site through seven stations. The 2021 assignment reviewed the construction sequence and actual progress against the planned milestones for the joint venture.
