A clear vision.
A company you can trust.

A Message From Our Founder

“We build trust through
the way we deliver.”

Albash Engineering & Contracting was founded at a time when Syria needs reliable engineering and construction capabilities. Clients need partners who can understand their design vision, manage commercial risks and coordinate delivery clearly from the earliest stages of a project.

Our company begins with a specific and clear mission. As the engineering partner and contractor for Saray Mall, we have the opportunity to build our operating systems around a real project and defined responsibilities. The experience, controls and partnerships developed through this project will form the foundation for how BEC approaches future opportunities.

We intend to take a considered, practical approach to growth. Our organizational structure keeps decision-making close to the project, with clear responsibilities for design, project controls, procurement, construction, safety and quality. We will also draw on specialist expertise whenever a project requires it.

Trust depends on performance. We will therefore plan carefully, communicate transparently and document our decisions. When circumstances change, we will respond with current information and clear recommendations, rather than allowing uncertainty to carry into later stages of the project.

Although BEC is a new company, its standards are established from day one. Our commitment is to build a company that clients can rely on and that its employees are proud to represent.
